It’s always exciting to add another member to our team. Luke Hoffman has been a long term friend of Triage, and we have watched his work with admiration for years.
As the second Luke on the team, we will henceforth refer to him as Hoff, Hoffman, or if he is lucky, The Hoff! What do you think? 😟
It is our honour to welcome Luke to the team. I, Gary, first met Luke many years ago while learning a subject we both share an interest in; exercise mechanics. His knowledge impressed me from the first moment, and he has gone on to have an overwhelmingly positive impact in our industry in the intervening years.
Here’s a bit about Luke…
Luke is an Exercise Specialist who brings a long-standing passion for helping people as a coach and educator to the Triage Method team.
Luke’s understanding of anatomy, exercise mechanics, hypertrophy and performance means that he can work with individuals of all levels with a wide range of goals within the world of exercise.
As a coach, his most considerable passion lies in working with clients over longer timeframes, with goals centred around improving health, performance and injury management/rehabilitation.
As an educator, Luke will work with the team to enhance the Triage Method education programme by delivering content that is as applicable as it is valuable for exercise professionals.
With a degree in philosophy, soon to be starting a postgraduate degree in psychology, and the best part of a decade’s experience working in the fitness industry, you can expect a thoughtful, logical and highly personalised approach to everything Luke does, whether coaching or educating.
Stay tuned to learn more about and from Luke, as he will be playing a key role in the educational content we will continue to produce.
