In 2023, we began dipping our toes into posting more videos on YouTube. We made many mistakes, and through this process, we learned a lot about how we can better serve our audience. This year, we will be doubling down on YouTube, featuring high-quality videos, advanced planning, clear storytelling, and as always, evidence-based & practical information.

Triage Education

In just 3 weeks, we are re-launching the Triage Nutrition Certificate. While we are very excited about this, we are also looking forward to releasing more courses to support your education. Moving forward, producing more educational courses & resources for coaches will remain a priority. Most of this will be free, detailed content on our website, which forms the core of what we do.
