Hey,
As per usual, since we last spoke, we have produced another chunk of content for you. We have been getting a good bit of feedback on what you guys feel is most helpful content wise, and as a result, we are going to spend a bit more time creating content for Instagram.
We will still be creating lots of content on the website and on YouTube, but
we will have a lot more content going out on Instagram now too.
So, if you have been enjoying our content, and don't follow us on Instagram or YouTube, we would very much appreciate you following us there. If you have any suggestions for topics for us to cover, we are also always more than happy to get some content made on your particular topic of interest.
Anyway, here is some of the content that was produced last week:
The Science of Hybrid Training
A quick article myself and Gary wrote on hybrid training, and how to balance lifting weights and running. I know this is something that a lot of people are interested in these days, so this article should help.
Should You Do High Volume or Low Volume For Muscle Growth
A question that is frequently discussed in health and fitness circles, and something that can leave a lot of people not getting the results they want. So if you want to dive a bit deeper into understanding how to actually design effective programs, then this
article will help.
Pre-Workout Nutrition
I know that a lot of people do find it difficult to cut through the noise and understand what they should be eating
before training. So this quick article goes through every thing you need to know about preworkout nutrition.
Intra-workout Carbohydrate Supplementation
Much like pre-workout nutrition, many people have questions about if they should be consuming carbohydrates during their training. This article will walk you through the answer to this and help you to understand what you should be doing.
Low Carb or High Carb Diets For Resistance Training
A lot of people feel that they need to eat a low carb diet to get the fat loss results they desire, but is this the most effective way to fuel your resistance training? We know that resistance training is key to developing the body you want, so we need
to ensure we do actually fuel that training properly.
The 4-Hour Work Week For Coaches
The 4-Hour Work Week is one of the most influential books for
entrepreneurs, and as a lot of coaches work for themselves, I wanted to just translate some of the learnings from the book into something more specific for coaches.
Coaching Resource List
This article took me a very long time to create. It contains all the resources we would recommend to coaches or that we use ourselves. There is nothing else like this online, and going through this resource list and actually implementing will almost certainly reduce your workload, allow you to help more people and make you significantly more money. Share this with your coach friends who are eager to improve their business.
Counting Calories Isn't Always The Best Approach
A lot of coaches get stuck in the mindset of thinking that counting calories is the best approach, but fail to realise
that it isn't for everyone and there are other approaches available. So this article goes through why calorie counting may not be best for everyone and the other options you can use.
Diet Quality Overview
Very nearly finished the foundational nutrition articles now. Once these are all written, you will have an A to Z of how to set up your diet correctly. This article in particular provides an overview of diet quality.
We have had a decent few coaches sign up to our courses so far this year. If you are a coach and
you want to stay at your best, then consider looking into our courses.
We do also have ~10 spaces left for coaching, if you do need help with your nutrition, training or general healthy lifestyle practices.
