I hope you have been enjoying the content lately. We have been hard at work behind the scenes planning out our next few months of content, both on the website and on

Anyway, last week we produced the most comprehensive article and video you will find on HYROX nutrition. We have a lot of followers who are interested in maximising
their HYROX performance and of course, nutrition is a major part of the puzzle here.
Now, I do have a question for you. You see, when we were going through our content planning recently, we did struggle to really flesh out what people understand about stress management and sleep optimisation. From what we can
see, even coaches seem to think that improving sleep is just "read a book before bed" and stress management is just "take a few deep breaths.
So I am interested in hearing what you guys do to improve your sleep optimisation and stress management. I am also super interested to hear what coaches do with their
clients for these things. So please do let us know!
