I know a lot of you follow us for our free health and fitness content, and we do pride ourselves
on providing lots of free education about all things health and fitness.
When we started out, you really couldn't find good information. It was all hearsay and whispers. There was no science behind this stuff, or at least it wasn't easily accessible.
Now, unfortunately, there is an abundance of information, but there is just so much noise and it can be incredibly difficult to actually detect the signal.
This is a large reason behind why we still do so much coaching. We regularly work with people who have a fair idea of what needs to be done, but still have a few gaps in their knowledge or they struggle with the actual execution.
Take for example, this awesome client win, that goes far beyond just an impressive physical transformation. This client, who is currently being coached by Dean, has made remarkable strides in both body composition and performance, but perhaps the biggest shift has been in his mindset.
A few months ago, with Dean in his corner, he set out on a fat-loss phase, determined to improve his physique while still maintaining his gym and running performance. Unlike the typical restrictive, all-or-nothing approach that leaves so many people frustrated, we took a smarter route with gradual progress, a structured plan, and even a two-week diet break over Christmas to enjoy time with family and friends. No guilt. No stress. Just balance.
