I hope you have been well since we last spoke. It has been a busy time of year for us. Coming into summer does tend to be a particularly busy time of year for people in our industry, as a lot more people think about getting coaching to help them with their goals.

Now, with that self promotion out of the way, I want to tell you about the articles we wrote last week.

I created this tool, because we do very often get clients to do breathwork as part of their stress management. Having a handy tool for this obviously makes it much easier. This is definitely one I would bookmark if you do want to try breathwork, or do it regularly. 

This is one for the coaches out there, as it walks through how to help clients that are hyperfocused on the scales as their primary metric of success. Of course, if you are also in this position, you can certainly benefit from the article. 

Another case study here, this time focusing on the all too common situation where someone tries to simply do too much with their training and ends up in the start-stop cycle repeatedly. 

This is a big one for coaches. A lot of coaches drastically limit their potential because they get caught in paralysis by analysis. But this can be overcome.
