Hey,
As many of you know, from reading the last few newsletters, our goal this year is to produce a lot more content that is more "evergreen" and searchable, rather than the more transient content you find on social media.
As such, we have been putting a lot of effort into really building out the website, between updating older content and creating new content. I asked a few weeks ago for ideas, to get a better understanding of the kind of content you all would like to see. A lot of you did reply with some great ideas, and we will be pushing in a few directions that we didn't initially intend to.
For example, we were going to focus a lot more on nutrition content, and we were happy to tackle exercise stuff at a later stage. However, a lot of people did actually suggest that we cover more exercise stuff, both exercise theory and actual exercise execution.
So, we
will be putting a bit more effort into this over the coming weeks. We do already have a lot of content on exercise, but it just isn't easily accessible right now. But over the next few weeks we will solve this.
You can keep an eye out for this stuff on our exercise page on the website (bookmark it if you want to have easy access), and of course, I will be keeping you updated each week with what we have created.

We have had a lot of interest in our courses so far this year, as many people do like to upskill at the start of the year.
