Hey,
I hope you have all been well since we last spoke. It has been very busy here at Triage since the launch of our
course presale. We have had a lot of people sign up, which is always very nice to see. Yeah, of course, we get money coming into the business which naturally lets us keep doing what we do, but it is also a massive vote of confidence in us when we see so many people sign up.
I know that a lot of you reading this are coaches yourself, and it
can sometimes feel like you are screaming into the void on social media and the web in general. Yeah, you get some likes on a post or maybe a couple of messages, but it is very difficult to actually see the impact you are having.
But when we launch a new course, and we see such a huge outpouring of support, it really does help us to see that what we are doing
is actually helping people and that people really believe in what we are doing.
So I do want to just take a moment to say thank you to all of you that have purchased from us. Whether it is coaching or any of our courses, we really do appreciate it.
I also want to say thank you to anyone who follows us, likes our posts, shares or comments.
Not to be sappy or anything, but we really do feel the love and appreciate it when you guys do help us in our mission.
In other news, as you may or may not know Gary and Brian are both doing master's degrees at the moment in Preventive Cardiology and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy & Counselling, respectively. They will be finishing these up over the coming months.
Brian's research project for his dissertation looks at binge-eating behaviour
in gym-going men in Ireland. If you know anything about the work that he does with his clients you will know this is an important subject matter to him.
Currently he is looking for participants to take part in an anonymous survey questionnaire and we would very much appreciate it if any of you that meet
the inclusion criteria could fill out a survey.
If you are a man in Ireland, are over the age of 18 and you attend the gym (or similar exercise facility) at least a couple of times per week on average, then you can be included.
It will only take five minutes to complete and you can do so at the link below or scan the QR code on the
poster.
