Hey,
Whether I’m coaching someone, answering questions online, or chatting to people who simply care
about their health, one thing I’ve noticed is that most people don’t just want instructions. They want clarity. They want to understand their bodies well enough to make good decisions on their own, instead of feeling pulled back and forth by trends, half-truths, or whatever happens to be popular this month.
That
desire to understand is something I’ve always respected. It’s also why I spend so much time learning myself and then teaching. There is a certain kind of satisfaction when you grasp why something works; why sleep breaks down, why a nutrition strategy feels impossible to stick to, why stress derails your training, why some workouts build progress and others just create fatigue. You start to feel a different kind of confidence that is hard to describe.
You stop guessing. You stop hoping. You start knowing. You start acting confidently.
With that in mind, I wanted to share a big
opportunity with you this week. From Monday, November 24th until the end of Monday, December 1st, all Triage Method educational courses are 30% off. These courses are often taken by coaches, but a surprising large number of people who take them aren’t coaching anyone at all. They simply want to understand their own health better, and they appreciate having something structured, trustworthy and grounded in real
science rather than noise.
Each course tackles one of the core pillars that shape your day-to-day wellbeing; nutrition, sleep, stress and exercise. What I like most about the way they’re designed is that they go beyond surface advice. Instead of short lists of tips, you get the concepts that sit underneath your
experience. You get the “why” behind what you feel in real life.
The nutrition course, for example, doesn’t just tell you to eat protein or manage calories; it explains what’s happening in your body, how metabolism adapts, why hunger feels unpredictable at times, and how to build eating habits that you can actually live with.
The sleep course helps you understand the biological rhythms that govern your energy and focus, and why certain patterns of behaviour can completely change the way you recover.
The stress-management course gives you a clearer understanding of how your body perceives threats and pressure, and what can be
done to create resilience rather than fragility.
And the exercise program design course shows you how good training is structured; why progress happens, how plateaus form, and how to make sense of strength, cardio, volume, intensity and recovery.
Even if you never coach a single person, learning this material can give you a level of personal autonomy that’s
hard to get anywhere else. And if you are someone who has wondered what coaching might look like in the future, or you’re the person friends already come to for health advice, these courses can form the foundation for that path too.
Everything is self-paced, so you can explore at your own rhythm, whether that
means diving into a full module in one sitting or dipping in and out whenever a question comes up in your day-to-day life. The discount hopefully just sweetens the deal to get started if you've been curious for a while.
If you know someone who would be interested in this, we do always appreciate people spreading the
word and telling their friends/family about these kinds of sales.
