I need to clear something up, as
I think I messed up a little…
We got an email last week from someone who wanted to join the Triage Militia. They thought that we had just written loads of random articles and that was it. They wondered why we didn’t just sell it as a book?
This is MY fault. I should have explained better!
The
Triage Militia is an ever evolving platform. Our intent is actually just to provide information that is far beyond the level one would even get on a personal training course, but for a fraction of the price.
We are very excited for the content we have coming up for the remainder of this year, so here is an insight into
some of the things you will gain from being a Militia member in 2018:
- You will understand the ins and outs of digestion and assimilation of nutrients.
- You will understand the role of different organs in the body with respect to health, performance and body composition.
- You will understand the ever-intriguing gut microbiome.
- You will gain a DEEP understanding of the roles of proteins, carbohydrates and fats in the diet, along with how they are
metabolised.
- You will finally get an answer to questions like “is too much fat bad?”, “is too much protein unhealthy?” and “is saturated fat unhealthy?”.
- You will understand the different types of fibre and their roles in the body.
- You will gain a comprehensive understanding of human anatomy.
- You will learn how to apply biomechanics theory to your newfound knowledge of anatomy to create exercise programmes from scratch, without dependance on common exercise
dogma.
- You will understand the role of the nervous system in potentiating strength and performance.
And so much more…..
As you can see, there is a LOT!
We just wanted to clear up any confusion, in case you were holding off on becoming a member for fear of just accessing a stale pile of content.
