Basically, we are going to be running our first seminar in Dublin this August. Provisionally, the dates will be August 18th & 19th. We wanted to let you know ASAP,
as I understand that anyone that is interested will probably have to organise accommodation, so we didn't want to leave it too late.
You may have some questions, which will hopefully be answered below:
Who will this be for?
The seminar will be most useful for personal trainers, trainee personal trainers or trainees who are interested in a more thorough understanding of training and nutrition practices. It will not be complex information that you can't grasp or anything, as it will be pretty practical.
What topics will be
covered?
The central theme will be the "foundations" of training & nutrition for those looking to improve their body composition with a health priority. It's going to be broad, as we will be covering a lot, rather than diving into very specific topics right away. Some things that will be covered will be programming variables, exercise mechanics, exercise assessment, nutritional priorities and nutritional
periodisation.
How long will each day be?
We plan on running each day from 9am - 5pm.
Will there be food? (On everyone's mind, I know)
Yes, we will have some tasty snacks to keep you all fed and happy.
