I hope you had a great weekend!
Paddy and I were away in Switzerland for the weekend, so we are a little late sending this onto you. We were on the Functional Range Conditioning course, meaning that we are not "Mobility Specialists" (whatever that means.....). To be honest, it wasn't game-changing for us, as it was pretty much in line with out general thought process around mobility, end-range joint strength etc.. However, having said that, not everyone already has a clear thought process as to how you should think about "mobility", so FRC is a pretty good course if you are new to the industry or simply unsure as to how "mobility
training" should be programmed. If you are thinking about doing FRC, then I would probably prioritise the Resistance Training Specialist (RTS) course first, as it does give you a better understanding of the exercise mechanics side of things, which I feel is a bigger priority. If you don't even have much knowledge of anatomy, then RTS also offer anatomy workshops, which would be helpful. All of this obviously assumes that you are a
personal trainer, of course....
If all of the above is irrelevant to you because the respective pricing for those courses is far too much, then you could of course just
join the Triage Militia (ayyy cheeky plug...).
Anyway,
although we didn't have a tonne of time last week to produce much free content, we did post some valuable pieces of content that you will undoubtedly enjoy. Therefore, in this email, you will find all of the [free] content we have produced linked below.
