Did you know that Triage turned 2 years old this week?
I won't lie, it feels like longer. In that time, we have helped a couple of hundred clients via our online coaching service (for 30 or so examples,
see here). However, both the processes and our general philosophies have evolved in that time.
When we first started Triage, we used to speak to the niche of "bodybuilding" a little more. In year 1, we coached a few people who were competing in bodybuilding/physique sports. However, over time, we found ourselves drawn more to the trainee with a busy lifestyle beyond the gym, who happens to be very much interested in a health-focused approach to their fitness. While those individuals made up the majority of our client base from the beginning, they totally dominated in 2018. That is
really what has brought us the most value.
You may think that online coaching is reserved for the "advanced", but it's safe to say that in 2019, you will probably see more and more advice online targeted toward the everyday individual. After all, it's rewarding to see more nurses, teachers, electricians etc. who are in a better state of health for the long term because of training and eating well, as you are the people who are serving the overall population.
This is the case with a lot of other coaching services too. So, don't feel like it is something that is beyond you. Whether it's us or anyone else that you follow, don't be afraid to reach out and seek the help that you need to get your overall health and fitness approach together this year.
If you do happen to be interested in our service, then you can find out more details
HERE.
BUT, online coaching is expensive. It really is. It's something that you shouldn't just jump at. If it is something that is beyond your budget, we will actually be releasing a service with a lower barrier of entry very soon for all of you who would like to get some guidance from us. We are very excited about it, so do stay tuned over the next couple of weeks.
Until then....
Happy New Year!
