Have you ever read or heard any of the above statements? I am sure you have. I know I have, I’ve even said similar things myself many a time.
We are humans, not perfectly programmed robots. When we exercise, we often gauge the effectiveness of something based on how it feels. While we have the capacity to zoom out and think about how something fits into the bigger picture, we often don’t. At the end of this article, I hope you will.
