We all know that adherence is incredibly important when it comes to reaching any health and fitness goal. However, it's not quite as simple as simply adopting a militant, rigid approach with little to no flexibility. While having structure and planning is great, it can go too far, especially if you are focusing on the wrong
things.
By the end of this episode, you should hopefully be thinking about what level of adherence you currently exhibit versus what might be required for your goals. At the end, ask yourself if you are focusing on the right things, and if not, consider shifting your focus toward the things that really matter.
