We have been very excited to bring this to you, as we get so many questions about training principles (e.g. volume, intensity, frequency, training splits, etc.) and how to set up your diet (e.g. what foods to eat, how many calories, how much protein, etc.). Because of that, we wanted to release an eBook for trainees and trainers that covers all of what we would consider to be
foundational knowledge that we wish we had for our first 1-3 years of training. Even if you have been training for 5+ years, this eBook will have a lot to offer you if you are not clear on training and nutrition theory, or how to make effective decisions.
