We are delighted to welcome Lee Hand to the Triage Coaching Team. We have known Lee for years, and he has developed into an extremely competent coach, and we couldn’t be happier to have him working with us. Here is his bio:
Lee Hand is a personal trainer from Dublin who has been working in the industry for a relatively short period (3.5 years), but has wasted no time in improving his craft and getting hands-on experience “in the trenches” with over 6,000hrs of one to one coaching on the gym floor.
He started out working in a private personal training studio in the heart of Dublin City Centre and worked his way up from internship with no experience, to the gym operator and head coach where he trained and mentored other upcoming trainers in the facility.
His work always has a big focus on getting real people, real results. After all, that's what people are paying for.
He has a vast number of transformations with clients from all walks of life. However, don’t think that he doesn’t put the client's health at the forefront. His prime area of interest lies in the promotion of a holistic approach to your goals, where he aims to use his knowledge to create integrative approaches to health and fitness that are tailored toward you as an individual, based on what we can see externally. Once we have a thorough understanding of what influences your internal physiology,
then we can begin to create more specific training, nutrition and lifestyle interventions to optimise your health and body composition.
He’s worked with a wide variety of clients, ranging from older busy professionals looking to improve their health, body composition and lifestyle habits, to the younger clientele looking to achieve the goal of building muscle and reducing body fat in the most effective and quickest way possible.
He takes pride in continuing to learn from the best resources so he can pass that knowledge on to his clients. He has invested in courses and mentorships with some of the top coaches/gyms in Ireland, UK and Australia.
Lee’s fitness journey has taken him from a 16-year-old boxer (qualifying for the All Irelands aged 18) to discovering the physical and mental benefits of gym training, culminating in physique competitions. Since hanging up his trunks (and gloves), his three main focuses are client success, personal development, and continuing education.
Train with Lee, and you’ll get more than just workouts planned. You’ll get an education about how to take your health into your own hands for life-changing results. Training with Lee is empowering, insightful, and always interesting!
