There is no catch. These programmes are free, and you are free to share them with whoever you wish. We understand that different people have different equipment available, different current training statuses, etc., so please don't feel like these templates are rigid.
You can choose to repeat one session, or simply pick a couple of exercises and stick to them.
At the end of the day, this time is really about training to maintain, or exercising purely for health and wellbeing, so don't get too caught up trying to hunt for the "perfect home workout".
