Can you get jacked while on the path to your PhD (Psychology) and working construction? Sure you can...
Jason Hassard spent 14 weeks transforming from the former to the latter. The pictures speak for themselves.Â
It has really been a pretty simple process so far. We have had some ups and downs with COVID, but overall, Jason has just shown up each week and delivered on the deliverables. Jason's weekly calorie average has not deviated more than ± 50 calories over the last 14 weeks, and this has resulted in a very linear loss of ~7-8kg over that time period.
It is very rare to work with someone who doesn't deviate for a single week, but Jason is one of those people. If you want to be in exceptional shape, work towards a PhD, or move towards any extraordinary goal in life, it's not about having the perfect plan. Rather, doing the boring stuff repeatedly each and every day/week is really what adds up.
We have made a total of ZERO changes to Jason's nutrition from week 1, for the very simple reason that it wasn't necessary. Calories varied from day to day, there were some days up to 4000, some days down to 2000, but we focused on what mattered (the average over time). We didn't need to find the perfect plan, as his consistent execution was what really mattered.

Key Point: Consistent execution of fundamental principles is the cornerstone of great results.
